Was a good place to sleep The stay was pretty decent. Was a little upset when we found out they did a grab and go breakfast instead of a hot breakfast. Other than that there was a problem with the microwave buttons being worn out, some of the lights not working, drains not draining right and the water temp not getting hotter than maybe warm, it was a cheap place to sleep when at the mall, and I pretty much got what I paid for.

The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. Staff were very unpleasant and unfriendly. First point of contact is very important and it was very disappointing here.
