The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. Pretty dirty room. Stale french fry in the sink when we got there, molding shower curtain, and the heat wouldn't turn on. Staff was friendly enough.
