great price nice and relaxing
convenient and comfy, super price. The kitchenette made this so much more convenient. It was clean, quiet and priced well.
Great hotel for the money Comfortable room for the money. Rooms had kitchenettes but no dishes, pots/pans, etc.. But one could purchase at nearby shopping center. Nice neighborhood. Would stay there again.
Good Value Stayed in Eagan to tour Univ of MN in Minneapolis. Next day visited IKEA and Mall of America.
Best stay ever I have stayed in four star hotel charging 5 times the price that were not as nice a the Homestead. I have already recommended the Homestead to all my friends and family.

Good place slept and watched cable and went out,only thing that was really disturbing was that a female staff member hit on my boyfriend and kept giving him the "bedroom" eyes, he felt really uncomfortable about it
Was not impressed at all! Staff didn't go out of their way to accommodate you. Was pulling teeth to get bedding for the hide a bed. Strangers trying to get into our room at 3AM. The facility book them the room that we were already in. Was scared to open the door at that time of the night to who knows on the other side. Had to make our own bed for the next people to accommodate the room..doubt if the sheets are washed in between occupants. Had to take our own trash out before leaving.
