There was hair in tub and on bed in drawers. Had to get the plunger from the closet across the hall from my room plug my own toilet. No one came for housekeeping and had to go to front desk for toilet paper. Not happy

Kitchen sink had a drip that wouldn't stop. The carpet was moist and sticky. Our feets were constantly dirty from it. Cant forget the dog hair on the carpet too. Dogs barking in the middle of the night, which constantly woke us up. Our hall way smelled like weed the whole stay.

Bathroom door knob broken, no ice machine, no coffee maker in the room, no kitchenware in the kitchenette, towels dirty, used soap bar in the shower. The room smelt like BO when we came in initially and then upon returning from being away. Otherwise the beds are clean and the floors were clean.

GROSS There were roaches in the room, the place reaked of cigarettes in the rooms, the outlet covers were missing or broken. Wasnt even nice enough to take the town bike too.

Won’t stay here ever again The front desk receptionist cut me off everytime I spoke and tried to ask a question. I had to repeat my question multiple times because she didn’t shut up long enough to hear the question to answer it properly. The first room assigned to me the air didn’t work. The 2nd room the key card wouldn’t work I made 3 trips to the front desk before she came up to room and open the door herself. Sad customer Room smelled smoke lamp didn’t work. I will never stay again

People are good workers here but I didn’t have a good experience my AC didn’t work and the fridge wasn’t working as well they switched me rooms and it wasn’t cleaned at all I had to clean my own room and make my bed . The worst experience I’ve had and don’t recommend to anyone and it smells like weed all over this place.
