Good for what I needed It was frustrating that you have to get coffee pots, hair dryers, plates, coffee cups and new towels from the front desk.. Most extended stays have those amenities already in the room. There were often waiting lines at the front desk due to being a bit understaffed.

The front desk gal (the older one as there were 2 on that day) was very friendly and helpful. The other one not so friendly (she looked like she was being trained in?) We were asked if we had errands to run as our room wasn't quite ready. We had no errands and no place to go. The older gal went and check on something and came back and told her they were going to "switch our rooms" as the other room was ready and the people assigned had not yet checked in. I loved the room but was not clear on amenities not having drinking cups or ice machine a little inconvenient.

Room had mildew order. Sheets not clean
