Great Customer Service, Good Location The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay. The location is convenient to shopping in Eden Prairie and 494. The continental breakfast isn't anything special, but is on-par with what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range.

Extended Stay, Eden Prairie A nice, out of the way place. I can cook there, which is nice on the road.

One bad worker! We arrived late in the evening and had to wait oveR 12 minutes to be let into the building to evening check in. Once he let us in he was beyond rude and made us feel like we were a nuisance. He appeared to have been sleeping. I had tried 3 times early in the evening and no. One answered the phone...I was put on hold for over minutes each time, just to get frustrated and hang up. Two of our washclothes had a film on them, which was displeasing. Perfect hotel, very unexpected Awesome hotel Seriosly, this hotel is great. Very pleasantly surprised because the the name mays it sound like you need to live there or something. Hotel was very clean, very nice. The rooms are huge. Didn't expect the complete kitchen and oversized rooms. It's like you're in a studio apmt, and for less than a normal priced hotel room. . Great room, except a couple things. . . The room was an excellent size, we were very impressed at the layout and comfort. The down side was that although it had a kitchen, something we didn't really need, but it was a nice option, the kitchen did not come equipped with a coffee machine. This was something that once you settled in, you saw a small sign on the counter stating that the coffee machine and coffee were a package option that you had to pre-request. Nice location close to freeways off Eden Prairie The Extended Stay was great for family to visit Minneapolis on a home hunting trip and be able to use kitchenette facilities since we had decided to cook our own food rather than eat outside in a city unknown yet to us. I would have loved to explore the eateries but 2 people on the trip were particular extended family accompanying us as child caretakers while we spent a hurried week looking at homes. Average accommodations, great location The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking & smelled like smoke & had burn marks on the bathroom sink counter. When we told the front desk person this, he said he would make note of it, but could not give us another room. Then we discovered our toilet was clogged and did not flush well. After trying to plunge without success, the desk person gave us a different room. No pool or exercise facilities were on premises.
