Good Hotel for extended stays (small kitchen) The service was by far the best part of the hotel. The employees were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything that was needed was provided for the guest.

Not a real continental breakfast Check in was slow, room was good but I don't think a hotel should advertise a continental breakfast as a Keurig coffee and a granola bar. Breakfast was a disappointment. Would stay again for room.
Spacious room near Cosco Nice clean and newer motel with kitchenette. Very nice facility, but make sure you ask before you go up to the room for a coffee maker and dishes. The front desk delivered these items, but I still was short some kettles/fry pan.

Eden Prairie Extended Stay America People were friendly. Room wasn't especially quiet due to thin floor and walls. In room heater was loud and bathroom light was connected to fan so was somewhat inconvenient . Appreciated the Kerrigan coffee provided
Great Customer Service, Good Location The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay. The location is convenient to shopping in Eden Prairie and 494. The continental breakfast isn't anything special, but is on-par with what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range.

One bad worker! We arrived late in the evening and had to wait oveR 12 minutes to be let into the building to evening check in. Once he let us in he was beyond rude and made us feel like we were a nuisance. He appeared to have been sleeping. I had tried 3 times early in the evening and no. One answered the phone...I was put on hold for over minutes each time, just to get frustrated and hang up. Two of our washclothes had a film on them, which was displeasing.
