Ok The staff was very nice but the property is really in need of updates. It was ok for a few days.

Nice location close to freeways off Eden Prairie The Extended Stay was great for family to visit Minneapolis on a home hunting trip and be able to use kitchenette facilities since we had decided to cook our own food rather than eat outside in a city unknown yet to us. I would have loved to explore the eateries but 2 people on the trip were particular extended family accompanying us as child caretakers while we spent a hurried week looking at homes. Average accommodations, great location The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking & smelled like smoke & had burn marks on the bathroom sink counter. When we told the front desk person this, he said he would make note of it, but could not give us another room. Then we discovered our toilet was clogged and did not flush well. After trying to plunge without success, the desk person gave us a different room. No pool or exercise facilities were on premises.

Bathtub issue Everything was fine except the bathtub. The bottom of the tub was more curved then any I have ever seen before. It made showering somewhat unnerving. Especially for my husband since he has a bad leg and not having a flat surface to stand on while showering was not a good thing. It is very likely we will not stay there again because of the bathtubs.
Extended Stay, Tech Dr The staff is extremely helpful, and the price is right in the ballpark.

average stay The stay was okay. Door knobs in room need maintaining as well as bath tub. They claim to have renovated their rooms. I don't think they really did. They also do not always have all the accessories you need in kitchen
