Front desk staff were nice and accommodating. Ink stains on both of the comforters and long term stayers were outside listening to loud music.

Front desk person, Ampy, was great. Helpful, friendly and upbeat. I witnessed her interaction with two customers who had requests and she was unflappable taking care of the issue with a smile. The beds were rigid and felt quite cheap. There are about 100 cigarette butts outside the door in the NE corner. There were no receptacles to which to dispose of butts. I hate smokers!

The manager and most staff at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. Their smiles make all the difference. Makes me feel more at home even though I'm on the move.

Feels Like Home This place is AMAZING and it’s because of the staff. I has to stay here at a very low point in my life. The staff were amazing, respectful of privacy, but always available for anything be it an extra towel or a listening ear. Even after I left, a piece of mail arrived for me and they hung on to it and called me and asked if I wanted to come pick it up.
