Room too cold Heat was not that great cold , WiFi was tricky smh

Very thin walls and had a weird smell in the room.

No amenities at all. I think people live long term in this property because many snow covered cars never moved. First room i got smelled like animal urine but staff got me a different room no questions asked. Nice full sized fridge, sink and stove top.

I was disappointed the room has smell when you open the door, the chair has dirt, the plastic cups on the bathroom was dirty, room was dusty. The house keppers need to train well. Make sure everything clean.

Overall, the stay was good. We were surprised there was no hair dryer, iron/ironing board, or toaster. Also, the phone did not work to be able to call the front desk.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster etc.). I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.
They offer 0 cleaning services. in the listing and says that the room is cleaned once during your stay which would be expected that in the middle of your stay your room will be clean and for me the property manager that I would like the room cleaned you told me the only time they clean the rooms are when I leave.take it out of your listing that you guys clean your rooms once per stay that's not true
