It was just different.modern but up to date.not much to do really or nice ice machine or anything

Overall, the stay was good. We were surprised there was no hair dryer, iron/ironing board, or toaster. Also, the phone did not work to be able to call the front desk.

Oh no! I'm so sorry you were not aware of our additional service packages. We include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster etc.). I hope you were able to enjoy a simple but pleasant stay with us.

Property was clean but it was disappointing that after we booked, a day before arrival, we got an email stating “FOR A SMALL FEE – ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED • Upgraded Wi-Fi including Faster Speeds AND Additional Devices • Linen Service – Exchange Towels/Sheets at the Front Desk for Fresh Linen • Pet Friendly Rooms (Contact Hotel for Details) • More Frequent Housekeeping Service • Local and Long-Distance Phone Calls • Dining Kit (Plate, Bowl, Glassware, Utensils.
