Dont Do It Unless You Have To The employee's were rude and we got called off of work to cone get our things eventhough we paid .... no apologies were made ... manager was nice though he was sypathethic...

Thanks for the stay we appreciate it. My bed wasn’t comfortable but we liked the fact that there was a fridge and stove top.

This was the best hotel I have been to, staff friendly management is very friendly and always made sure my needs were taken care of.

Room too cold Heat was not that great cold , WiFi was tricky smh

Very thin walls and had a weird smell in the room.

They offer 0 cleaning services. in the listing and says that the room is cleaned once during your stay which would be expected that in the middle of your stay your room will be clean and for me the property manager that I would like the room cleaned you told me the only time they clean the rooms are when I leave.take it out of your listing that you guys clean your rooms once per stay that's not true

Thank you for your feedback, Thomas. We do include twice a month room cleaning in the rate but more frequent service can be requested. Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping. I'm so sorry that part of your stay was disappointing.
No amenities at all. I think people live long term in this property because many snow covered cars never moved. First room i got smelled like animal urine but staff got me a different room no questions asked. Nice full sized fridge, sink and stove top.
