The hotel was ok. There needs to be some painting done in the room that I stayed. Also, they provide a cook top microwave and fridge but nothing to eat with or on. Not even a glass.

I always start with the positive aspects: 1. The room was modern and clean. 2. The wifi worked 98% of the time. 3. The hotel is close to a main bus line on University avenue. The only negative was the shower water pressure. I mentioned this to the manager while leaving, and he the problem would be addressed.

Nice and clean ; the facility is well kept. Entrance to the hotel is very confusing. The gps puts you on 694 and there is no entrance on 694..

Nice space The rooms were very neat clean and modern and the amenities were amazing! It was like a mini apartment for us. My only qualm is that room service only comes bi-weekly and if you want fresh sheets/towels/cleaning, you would have to pay for that service. Also, concierge worked limited hours which was different from what I'm used to. I'm assuming because the hotel was privately owned that is why they had a separate set of rules. Dirty feet-no ice It was a nice room. There is no ice in the building unless you make it in the freezer with ice cube trays. The floors are not carpeted, but my feet were black on the bottom when I went barefoot in the room - looked clean but evidently wasn't.

Mixed review The general condition and cleanliness of our room was fine and comfortable. However, the grounds, lobby, hallways, and elevator were filthy and poorly kept up. We almost checked out before we made it to our room.
