No carpet in rooms but that was actually okay as I know carpet can harbor germs. However, lack of carpet and curtains (just had blinds), as well as artwork on walls made rooms feel cold and utilitarian. I noticed an odor in hallways and elevator which needed a good cleaning. Elevator floor was particularly dirty. Had some minor Plumbing problems in bathroom which when I called to attention of very friendly desk staff, assured me they would be taken care of for next guest.

There was no tv remote in the room

There were no hand towels in the bathroom and no blow dryer. Also could feel dirt below the sheets on the bed.

Okay stay.. Rather than the cop surrounding the place twice because someone had a knife or something it was ok!

Not happy with my stay The stay at the hotel was not pleasant i was given a room that is for people with pet and i was not even ask if i am allergic to pet, which i was.when i went to ask for a change in room i was told no and was not ask why i want a change in room, therefore had to stay past the nights at my friends place because the fine print said will not get refund for early check out so just have to leave it and find a solution.
