Clean an nice hotel. Nice an respectful staff. Second time staying at this hotel. Very satisfied.

Our GPS could not find the hotel with the address given. Not sure if it was a default from our GPS or if anyone else have had this problem with this hotel. It wouldn't have been so frustrating but driving around in a blizzard was not fun at all. We circled around for almost 20 mins or so before I decided to call Hotels.com for assistance. Finally we were able to locate the hotel & check in. Checking in felt like forever. Not sure what was the reason that took so long but we patiently waited over 10 mins. Every thing was real good it was quite room was nice bed was comfortable ..staff was very friendly...only issue was people were slobs outside leaving garbage every where not cleaning up the dog poop..

Very clean and nice but after we paid.for our room they called us the day before we were leaving and told us that there were more "fees" that needed to be paid. It was around 9am and they said it had t be paid before 11am or we had to leave. Wth?! I will never go back nor will I refer anyone there.

This COULD be a great hotel, but sadly it is not. This COULD be a great hotel, but sadly it is not. I have stayed in many extended stay hotels for work purposes and while this is a new hotel, so everything is still in good condition, I would not consider staying here again. It is close to the highway, which is convenient but loud. You have to rent dishes to use the kitchen, thankfully I travel with the minimum necessary to get me by, so I did not have to rent.
