Please was clean. Couldn't get a hold of staff for their grab & go breakfast in the morning but there was a winter storm so it's possible they weren't fully staffed.

Bed was extremely soft Room had a bad odor No bath towels

Welcome to comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in was easy, the room was more then expected. Comforting and very clean. The breakfast option was grab and go. Its an extended stay hotel with a kitchen in every room so the breakfast was just.
