Great value! I wanted a clean, safe, inexpensive place to sleep while taking a local art class. It met all my criteria and was surprisingly clean and comfortable. I knew it was spartan but the only cups were 2 flimsy plastic water cups so bring your own mug and spoon if all you want is to heat water for coffee or tea. Yes, you can upgrade and get basic dishes or more but that's extra.

Property was clean and easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have at least preferred a pool, but overall a good stay
