180% change! When we first walked in our room it wasn't what we expected. Not to clean at all. Took it to the front desk and they had someone the next day cleaning it over again. What a blessing they all were. Thank you for caring!!!!

good for a one night stay this was our second stay in a Stay America hotel, it wasn't as good as our first stay in El Paso. I think the staff might have been working short as our room wasn't ready at 4:00, they said the room had been cleaned but the bedding was still in the dryer, we reserved a king room but took a queen as it was ready. It was a comfortable room and it was clean, just a bit run down and hallways needed to be cleaned.

Great service. The check in process was fast and efficient. The desk clerk was very friendly. More importantly I was impressed with the way Hotel.com made an adjustment to my reservation as I entered the wrong dates on the original reservation. The change was made quickly without any hassle.

Could Have Been Better I booked a smoking room online and was given a Non-Smoking room when I arrived. It was during Mardi Gras weekend, so they were packed. The next morning, they moved us to a smoking room. The room did not have a phone, an ashtray or a power cord to the television. We asked 2-3 times each day for an ashtray, and ended up just buying one ourselves. We had to take our towels to the front desk each day to receive fresh towels. Mixed emotions At first glance I was ecstatic to get my laptop out and write a review while I had some time in my room. Upon entering the room appeared to be clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen in the room I didn't know would be in there. I got the room for a great price as well. It had decent looking furniture and bedding although I would never write a bad review based on those things or things like rust or cracked tile. I would however write a bad review about cleanliness. Friendly staff, not best locale It's just off some of the main streets, including a major highway, but it's tucked way back in a cul de sac so not easy to find without GPS. Also the surroundings seemed a bit low-end and not the quietest area. However, the staff were friendly and even facilitated returning some property I left it in the room so I give them props for that.
