Mediocre This is barely a 3 star hotel. I don't know much about the accident d stay programs with these hotels. But the cleanliness and outdated is very noticeable. I think the biggest thing was the pillows are outdated and the shower drain is full of hair and gets clogged. That should be hotel 101.

Very convenient and staff was very friendly.
I booked two rooms at this property-one for myself & my husband, and one for my two adult daughters. Our room was okay-clean and comfortable enough- but our daughters had complaints about their room and bed blankets smelling funny, and felt that their room overall was rather shabby. Check in took longer than it should have-a new employee was apparently in training(not her fault),but the experienced employee supposedly training her did not step in to help until repeatedly asked, so we stood and stood and stood an inordinately... read more
