The room was clean and everything worked. It was nice to be able to open the window. There were some burn marks on the bedspread, but it was a smoking room. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly.

So-so place to stay The grab-n-go breakfast is disappointing. Would really prefer the full breakfast that is offered by other chains. When calling to inquire about pet friendly policy, was told that they did not accept birds; only dogs and cats. When inquiring why they did not accept other smaller pets, the sarcastic comment from the hotel staff stating they also accepted miniature ponies. Was that really necessary? Very reasonable priced and close to malls , restaurants. I would come back again. The staff was nice and helpful. Room was ok could use some paint , but well worth the money. I'm done.

Very nice staff/location I was only there one night. Room was clean and in reasonably good condition. Kitchen is not stocked at all, but they quickly and happily will get you dishes, cook wear etc. Beds are OK, but I'm spoiled at home with premium bed due to chronic pain condition. One night on this bed was fine though. I was impressed with how nice folks were at the hotel. A guest in the lobby when I arrived kindly offered to get us milk from a nearby store. Convenient In general everything was good. The only bad thing was in the room smell bad.
Pets allowed Nice to have them clear the snow...but they could have spent more time on the sidewalks in addition to just the main drive-around lot. Heat and a/c unit was hard to regulate temp. Must be no circulation because it required a/c to keep the room down to 72 when it was well below freezing at night.
