Super noisy at all hours of the day and night. Barely saw any staff around. For the amount we paid we expected the WiFi to at least work but we barely got any cell service in the hotel and WiFi was SUPER slow.

Requested for Late check in and they accommodated it. Asked for Dinner ware and provided it in a minute. Check out was very smooth and took only 1 minute.
Great staff, not so great room Staff was great but my booking for a king bed was overbooked so I got a queen size room, a bit disappointed but she gave me 20% off the night. Bed was noisy, looked under the bed to see why and bed appears to be broken. I moved the reclining chair and trash was under the chair. Wasn’t impressed with the cleaning and the room seemed neglected. Towel rack was being secured by about 10 lag bolts on one side, just didn’t seem professional.
