Like extended stay properties due to kitchenettes. Friendly staff. Floor said non smoking but we def smelled smoke in hallway. Minimal continental breakfast but good for grab & go. Ok for us since neither was breakfast eaters

Fine for a basic quick stay. No breakfast served just health bars and coffee on your way out the door. Not super clean or anything special but not terrible.

We had a nice view, I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have cleaning services included in our stay. We stood there for 5 days

Pleasantly sufficient We like staying here when we travel with our dog to the Nashua area. The hotel is reliably clean and affordable. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. We find it to be sufficiently quiet. We arrived right at check in time and Ashley was friendly and helpful. Our toilet seat was a bit loose, the shower drain a bit awry, and the bed could have used one more blanket, but it was a good place to stay with our pup overnight to visit friends, do a short hike, and visit the vet the following day.

Won't use hotel.com again I won't use hotels.com again. I booked and was charged by them. Then hotel also charged me. Took me a number of calls and online chat to get my account credited. Also hotel.com rate was $21.75 higher than hotel charge!! Very disappointing.
