ok in a pinch Booked hotel at last minute, but picked it because it says in profile access to gym nearby. When I checked in was told no such amenity available - misleading. But hotel itself basic in room and quality - hot water, rough sheets, working tv
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem I had was the beds weren't to comfy. Other than that everything was great.
Everything was good. Only problem was my TV didn't work.
Needs to pay more attention to cleanliness The room was not clean. I found someone's underwear under the chair. Under the a.c. unit was food. I was truly in happy with the cleanliness of this place. It says it has a coffee pot, stove, refrigerator but has no untecils no coffee pot and no ice machine. The person at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I will day his customer service skills were wonderful. However I will not stay here again.
