The only complaint was that my room smelled really bad like cigarettes. I thought I chose a non smoking room. I was too tired to ask to move my room.

Nice hotel, but there are some caveats The good parts: Terrific location; easy on and off of highway, near shopping spots. There is a full size fridge, a microwave and two stove burners in the room. The not-so -good parts: We were there multiple days and the room was not cleaned. So no garbage removal. The hotel is not completely non-smoking so if you are on a non-smoking floor and someone either above or below you is smoking, you will smell it. Cement Beds Upon arrival the staff was very helpful. Check in was easy and I made it to my room within minutes. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was a nice thing to have in the room. The one and only thing that was a problem was the bed. It was like sleeping on cement! I am not a person who needs a soft squishy bed but some give is necessary. I even tried to use the three pillows to sleep on top of. That didn't work either. Because of this I got little sleep. I came to NH to participate in a sporting event so... read more
