Refrigerator didn't work in room. Found used coke cans under bed. Staff did no more than required and acted as if that was an inconvenience. Noise in halls. No fresh fruit on continental breakfast bar.

Great value Not entirely thrilled with condition of the pet friendly room, but, with no pet fees, and the low price I paid, cant really complain. Great restaurant, access to the athletic club with outdoor pool and jacuzzi, plenty of room to walk the dogs, and the staff are exceptional.. Great value.

Nice Extended Stay hotel with a few minor issues.. This was my first stay at a Extended Stay America. The Hotel was easy to find via GPS and was pretty close to some malls and restaurants, I only had a few minor issues with it. What I did like was the mini kitchen in the room. If you need things to cook in like frying pans, cups or other items, they are available from the front desk. The beds were OK, not anything to write home about. The room was clean. Meh The receptionist was very nosy about my reason for staying and checking-in took far longer than any other experience I've had. The room had a strong but not entirely unpleasant smell. If You want any of the typical room amenities like cups, coffee, coffee maker, etc.. that is standard at any hotel you have to go to the front desk to ask for them, what a pain. The AC unit didn't seem to work properly, adjusting the temperature or using its fan did nothing.

Perfect Stay After Horrible Experience Elsewhere After having a terrible experience elsewhere, this place took great care of us. Room was exceptionally clean, and spacious. Staff was friendly. Easy access to highway. only downfalls were terrible breakfast choices and no blow dryers. Laundry room/vending area was a nice treat.
