Lovely Front Desk, Needs Some Maintenance While Extended Stays are generally pretty generic, this one needed a bit of work. But first off, let me say that the front desk staff was VERY helpful. We arrived at the hotel a little early to check in, so they upgraded our room at no extra cost to get into a different room faster! They were very good about it and we felt hopeful despite the fact that this extended stay was the motor hotel type with only two floors and all outside facing doors. Would Stay Again, even with the flaws We got a corner room and as far as the room itself was everything it advertised to be AND it was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful; we loved that!!! Also, the kitchen area was awesome; plenty of room to keep our sodas and tea cold at all times in the fridge. And the freezer had a lot of room too. I would consider it the size between a home size one and a mini-fridge. The rest of the kitchen looked fine (we don't cook)! Long term stay This hotel has mostly long term people in it and they are not considerate of other people. The staff does very little to help, and you have to ask for everything. Housekeeping is done only 1 time IF your there for a week, and then you have to ask for it. The location is 7 minutes from Opryland and there is a lot of shopping options within 10 minutes. Not a good place for kids, nothing to do for them.

Good price. The price was the difference. I travel to that location twice a year and usually stay in another motel/hotel. The dollar savings made the decision for me. The air conditioner did not have a thermostat to regulate the temp. I had to turn it off just prior to going to sleep so as not to freeze. I asked for a non smoking room which smelled of smoke and had an ashtray. They offered to spray for the smell. The safety latch on the door was not there. There had been one there in the past. anniversary weekend Used a cab for transport in the evenings with that cost included it was still a more affordable way to spend the weekend in nashville without staying in the downtown area. For the price this was a good find! Rooms were clean. I tend to bring my own lysol wipes because no one cleans to my standards. There are not many dishes, pots, pans, I think we had one spoon. Worth the money spent. Check in was fast and easy. Room was small but, efficient and clean. Had some issues connecting with WIFI but, a Hotel Staff member actually came to my room and helped me resolve the problem. Turns out it wasn't the WIFI but my new tablet. He was very nice and courteous.

Nice staff The staff was really nice and the room was clean. The bed was a little hard, but still comfortable. Nice stay for the night.
