Nice hotel! Close to downtown! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean! Location of hotel is great. The rooms were nice and spacy.
Average The noise from the room above me prevented me from sleeping. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been and there was a piece of trash in the toilet. I enjoyed the easy access to a number of restaurants, but would not be in a hurry to stay here again.

Vry convenient for the CMA's Was a short distance away from the venue for the CMA's and a whole lot less expensive.

5 miles from honkytonk row We stayed only 2 nights but loved the room and location. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Staff was unbelievably courteous, location is perfect! Just a few mins from the Opry Mills mall and tons of other cool stuff..

Unorganized staff make stay miserable The hotel room was pleasing as it had a kitchenette; however, the staff lacked organization whereby creating long lines and frustration upon checking into the room. You have to request kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils arrived 4 1/2 hours after repeated attempts to obtain them; furthermore, there were crumbs in the bowls and no cups to make coffee in the morning.
