Staff was unbelievably courteous, location is perfect! Just a few mins from the Opry Mills mall and tons of other cool stuff..

Unorganized staff make stay miserable The hotel room was pleasing as it had a kitchenette; however, the staff lacked organization whereby creating long lines and frustration upon checking into the room. You have to request kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils arrived 4 1/2 hours after repeated attempts to obtain them; furthermore, there were crumbs in the bowls and no cups to make coffee in the morning. I realize this is an extended stay hotel. Unfortunately I didn't realize we would not have daily housekeeping service. We had to bring our used towels to the office every day to get clean towels. Our room was not serviced at all. We were told we could have daily service for an extr small fee. The place was ok and in a good neighborhood but if you want daily housekeeping, this is not the place for you.

Decent for last minute booking This was a last minute booking for us which made price appealing in comparison. Overall this hotel was fine for one night of sleep. However, we arrived 23 minutes prior to check-in & were told to come back - first time ever encountered this. Guess it's a brand policy. Also, the insulation is not great. Our neighbors arrived back to their room in the middle of the night & entertained themselves and the surrounding rooms until very early hours of the next morning.
4 day business stay We were in town for a conference and booked this hotel in hopes we could walk but there were no sidewalks! (Weird and definitely not the hotels fault, just good to know). Hotel was nice enough for the price (the beds aren't great but everything worked) but the fridge had old milk left in it and we had a small ant problem - otherwise it was clean.
Nice hotel close to airport & Nashville Staff appeared to be overworked. No information explained what the wifi name was. Had to call the front desk for it.

So great for the cheap price! Stayed here for a 5-day conference in Nashville. Me and my boyfriend wanted somewhere with a fully functional kitchen and a decent room for cheap. This extended stay and its staff exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to bring us all of the kitchen necessities and was so kind and understanding when we had to leave a day early, giving us our refund for that day.
