Third Experience Hotel Review The hotel itself was not bad at all. I do admit I could be homesick on an extended stay but that is not the hotel's problem at all. I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay in Nashville Tenn. I did get the two courses of the 3rd year doctoral Residency completed and had grades of A and A- thus my gpa rose now well above a 3.5 This is my third experience with Homestead/Extended Stay and all have been most satisfactory.
Attending graduation Late checkin. Room was available but obviously hadn't been readied for occupation. Lights didn't work, stove dismantled, broken door lock..... Too late to move but the next morning I talked to desk clerk and they called me as soon as another room was cleaned. It was great. Walkin closets, nice LG tv, good size fridge/freezer. That was more like it! Great deal for low rate. Waffle House nearby and located next to Interstate. Easy access to many restaurants.. Lots of hot water. My daughter used lots of it!
For the price For the price and a one night stay it was ok. Location and outside of building looked good and the front desk clerk was very nice. The bathroom had a little mold around the calking which would be a easy maintence fix. Also, when you first turn on the water it was a redish color. The mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable. Overall just for a one night stay it''s efficient and affordable.
Stayed for the Nashville marathon. Very nice hotel for the price.

Not bad, good for a night or two The hotel was ok. It is not in the ghetto like some people say. There is a Marriott nearby and other hotels. If you are not a high maintenance traveler, then this hotel is just fine. They were nice to give me a later checkout time. No major complaints except for the fact that I got a Smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking. They did not have non-smoking rooms available, and the desk clerk said that most 3rd party booking sites will just put you in whatever room is available first. ... read more
ok The room was roomy, but could have been cleaner. It worked for overnight just as we needed. We paid a good price so it was ok.
Close to Shopping This location was in a great location! It was 5 minutes away from The Opry Mall, which I loved. The rooms were average, but for the price it was what I paid for. It was quiet and the house keeping service was adequate. I would stay here again.
"my Nashville home away from home" There were some plumbing problems with my room, but I loved staying here, and will again! Many thanks!
