You get what you pay for. The bathroom want clean, the toilet still had items inside and hair all around toilet. The stovetop was very dirty and the floors not clean. The staff at check was fine, but we didn’t have the room we booked. We booked King and was given a double. Every morning we didn’t see breakfast bags and the staff wasn’t there to ask. A/C was fine. The shower had ups and downs with temp, but was fine once you found the right spot.
Room was not clean, outside also quite off, my door lock stopped working when I went to get a hoodie from my car and it took me above 40 mins to get back to my room
Came to check in to find out I didn't have a room. STAY AWAY
No me gustó. El cuarto no está en condiciones, tenía mal olor y todo manchado y sucio. Me pidieron el depósito en efectivo y no me dieron opción para pagar con la tarjeta. No tenía suficiente efectivo y tuve que salir a buscar un atm y no conseguí, perdí una hora en eso. .

There were holes in the walls and scratches to. We also found a cockroach in the kitchen area. The outside of the building need some TLC to.

Horrible Customer Service! Rude and untrained This was horrible I had to email corporate! I called to inform I was doing a late check in. I got there at 1215 am. I gave all of my information asked of me. The guy at the counter older African American Bald gentleman wearing hospital scrubs no name tag or anything that leads you to believe he even works there.
