Please Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well supplied. Would stay here again.
good for travelers the lobby attendant was not flexible to fix things. I booked my room 48 hours before I hit the hotel at 11h30am and she said to me to wait till the check-in time at 3:00pm. That made me disappointed after a 7 hours-trip. Later the manager, I guess, came to fix things by cleaning my room first before all others and let me take a nap. They said there is a breakfast, but it is not. It is a snack
Business Travel Very busy place! The breakfast area was very congested as the hotel was booked solid on a Tuesday.
great staff had a wonderful stay. Alex, the lady working the front desk was awesome! She helped make our stay so lovely. The bed was comfortable and you couldnt have asked for a better value! We will def go back!
I noticed that as I walked across the floor that my white socks got filthy. The commode stopped up, and we called the front desk twice, and they finally told us that no one could come to help. It was an extended stay suite. It had a fridge, stove, microwave, but no cups, glasses, or dishes, or any type of pots or pans to use on the stove. We couldn't even boil water for coffee. Breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal.....that's it. nothing else. The sheets were not changed, had stains on them.
There were conflicting cockroaches and several bed bugs.
Dotinjuns don't care. We got a room on the second floor. The pillows were a joke. When the A/C cycled on it sounded like a truck running in the room. I complained to the dotinjun kid at the desk and he basically said "too bad". Wrong answer, kid. It's MY money, and I want another room now. He wanted to "hear it for himself" and took the key to inspect. Came back and said he "didn't hear a problem". And then the fight started. Told him in NO uncertain terms to make me happy. NOW. Was a bit on the dirty side stove did not work and you have to ask for dishes.. very very outdated and tv barely worked and the dresser was falling apart, no hangers! Will never stay here again. The pics online clearly not from there!!
