Overcharged for what it was! I was wanting a simple cheap option for a one night stay. We checked in later that night and were out the next morning. Originally, I wasn’t going to bring anything up, but now that I’ve been charged double (my stay was $130, I’ve been charged $260) called multiple times, been told to wait for the manager to call back, still no refund and no one has called me back. The place is a dump. There was a fist punch hole in the bathroom door. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. The front door was broken and had to be slammed to close. Breakfast was coffee and packaged little donuts. The fridge was badly rusted and the door opened on the wrong side. The bathroom door had one inch of water damage, suggesting some sort of flooding. Not impressed Beds were absolutely AWEFUL. Very old rooms. There was nothing in the kitchen, I guess you have to ask for pots, pans, utensils, soap???? We got in late so it was not worth the trouble. Walls have nothing to insulate sound so expect to hear every door slam from neighbors and tv and talking from rooms next to you. I did not stay because no mattress pad or cover was on the bed. Since Expedia has a no refund policy, I also lost my money. Very disappointing.
