Good place to stay, especially for the price I had a good experience here. They only fixed my keys to stay one night, so I kinda locked myself out of the room. After a quick visit to the front desk they fixed the keys in two seconds. That was the worst thing that happened to me there. ha The room was fine and clean. For the money, I'd give this hotel a two thumbs up. It's nothing fancy but if you're looking for a place that's inexpensive and close to Nashville, this is a good choice! good for travelers the lobby attendant was not flexible to fix things. I booked my room 48 hours before I hit the hotel at 11h30am and she said to me to wait till the check-in time at 3:00pm. That made me disappointed after a 7 hours-trip. Later the manager, I guess, came to fix things by cleaning my room first before all others and let me take a nap. They said there is a breakfast, but it is not. It is a snack
Business Travel Very busy place! The breakfast area was very congested as the hotel was booked solid on a Tuesday.
great staff had a wonderful stay. Alex, the lady working the front desk was awesome! She helped make our stay so lovely. The bed was comfortable and you couldnt have asked for a better value! We will def go back!
The stove did not work. I called maintenance over 6 times.

Hi we had a natural disaster in nashville tn for the days i spent at Extended Stay, that was the reason I was there.. They price gauged by more than 3Xs the normal rate, COCKROACHES everywhere, I had to throw away my whole travel bag of clothes i had because i dont want bugs in my home.. The owners were extremely rude, and again PRICE GAUGE while their own community went without power for almost 2wks so far, Yes its in Brentwood so i thought it would be nicer than most but no..COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE...
