Business Travel Very busy place! The breakfast area was very congested as the hotel was booked solid on a Tuesday.
great staff had a wonderful stay. Alex, the lady working the front desk was awesome! She helped make our stay so lovely. The bed was comfortable and you couldnt have asked for a better value! We will def go back!
The tv, was missing from room. Staff said they was bring us a tv set. It never came, they told me twice. Heater blew cold air got me sick. Room was dirty, stuck on the 3rd floor two seniors. Never never again.

The staff was rude and I saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and on the wall beside the bed. The table looked like if you bumped into it it would fall apart all the legs were bent in and the room could have been cleaner.

Expedia let us down with this hotel. We rely a lot on Expedia's expertise and experience with verifying hotel credentials. They failed with this hotel! So many things were wrong. This hotel does not deserve a good rating. At check-in, they entered our card information incorrectly which locked out our card for the next 24 hours. The room was horrible. Bathroom sink had a brown ring in it. The toilet seat was broken. Looked like mold in the tub. The cabinet door was broken.

Hi we had a natural disaster in nashville tn for the days i spent at Extended Stay, that was the reason I was there.. They price gauged by more than 3Xs the normal rate, COCKROACHES everywhere, I had to throw away my whole travel bag of clothes i had because i dont want bugs in my home.. The owners were extremely rude, and again PRICE GAUGE while their own community went without power for almost 2wks so far, Yes its in Brentwood so i thought it would be nicer than most but no..COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE...
