FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY,CLEAN AND QUIET! WE WERE VISITING FAMILY IN THE AREA AND WANTED OUR OWN SPACE. NEEDED ANOTHER CHAIR IN THE ROOM,BUT THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND WE ENJOYED IT.

A week at a time The hotel is in a great location and I give the economic value a 5-star. Its essentially a bed and a fridge with a hot plate. There's about 12 square feet in the rest of the room all total. After a few weeks having to use this option the size grates. The rooms are average cleanliness, I'm not especially picky.

Best Value in Nashville area Other than some cleanliness issues hotel was fine for the price paid. Staff is extremely helpful.

Great We were very pleased with this hotel. For the price, you can not beat this. Room was clean with full kitchen. You usually do not get this with this price. I was impressed!

Most excellent room I was in Franklin for a conference at a neighboring hotel. I had no desire to spend over $100 a night for a room, then have to spend even more money for Starbuck's coffee to go with my breakfast. The Homestead was a very happy find. The staff was courteous and helpful, and even provided maps of local eating establishments and groceries. There is a Whole Foods Market around the corner. There are even barbecue grills and picnic tables should you get a burning desire to cremate some hotdogs on your stay.

Nice hotel for the money When we got there our room was on the second floor and, since there isn't an elevator and we were traveling with our 80 year old mother, we needed a ground floor room. The young man at the front desk was very attentive and immediately found us a ground floor room near a handicap parking place.
