Conference Stay I stayed at Homestead for 3 nights while participating in a conference April 4, 5 and 6, 2011. I did not wish to stay at the conference site. My stay was expremely pleasant. The desk staff were very pleasant and accomodating. My room was well furnished and clean with absolutely no unpleasant odors. This is a studio/suites hotel with a seperate kitchen area, complete with basic cookware and eating utensils, if needed. Homestead Franklin TN - Great price Room was a great price for the area. Nice area of town. Close to restrauants, stores and mall. The overall conditional of the room was good, but bathroom could have used some remodeling. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I have stayed there 3 times in the past 6 months never had any problems and rooms were always clean. I would stay there again.

I probably would not go back. The hotel was okay, but my husband went with me, and he is much older than I and having to climb steps over and over again wasn't good. There were no elevators. The bathroom tub had silverfish in it (I killed them and didn't worry about it) but I have not found this is most hotels I have been in. I think this type of arrangement is for family with children who plan to do their own cooking. It wasn't a big deal, though. I was only there one night.

Great Hotel Great Price The staff was friendly and helpful. The room worked good for me being away for buisness. I was very pleased with my stay.

very close to the I-65 highway, a convenient stop for us with friendly check-in staff. No breakfast amenity, but plenty of local fare.

good room.but noisy The room was nice for the price,but be aware this is an extended stay hotel, and if you are staying for one night, as we were, the extended stay guests can be very noisy. Also beware the interstate is not far away and can be very noisy at times as well \. Overall we gave the room a rating of 3.5 out of 5.

Nice Place, I'd stay again I was very please with every aspect of the this hotel. It was new, clean and convenient. The only thing it needed was a breakfast.
