Good Surroundings This hotel has great surroundings. Plenty of variety of places to eat. It's appears to be part of a neighborhood so there is a lot of local activity because of the stores. Fairly close to Nashville area so most attractions aren't too far away. The room was OK as far as cleanliness. The front desk staff seemed very young but when I checked-in and got to my room the front desk called to make sure my room was satisfactory. Easy Breezy Nice stay in clean room. Room was spacious and had a kitchen area. Easy to access from parking lot handicap spaces and in good area. No noise and not far from Nashville.

Good deal for those on a budget First assigned room had not been cleaned. Second one was clean. Staff was nice but didn't seem to be all working on the same page. The really weird thing was when you dialed front desk someone in another location answered and for some strange reason could not contact the front desk at my location. I had to walk back over to front desk to get room corrected.

Bring a mattress cushion It only took one night sleeping on the incredibly hard and squeaky mattress for me to go rushing to the nearest Wal-Mart in order to purchase a mattress cushion.

Excellent stay for the money I was looking for a hotel that provided safety and economy as I was on a pretty tight budget for CMA fest in Nashville. This hotel is about 22 miles from downtown Nashville, so be prepared to drive if Nashville is your destination. However, the hotel is in a very safe area. Not so hot There was a water bug in the shower, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, I had to ask in the office for a new roll of toilet paper, there were no cups for water or coffee in the room. The coffee maker worked, but there was nothing to drink from after the coffee was made.

Great hotel for the money, only one thing could've been better This was a great hotel for the money we paid for it - clean, quiet, good service. The only thing we would have changed would've been the smell of the room...it smelled a little smoky for a nonsmoking room. Someone came and febreezed it for us, which helped, but it still smelled a little funny. Everything else though was great!
