Disappointment in room cleanliness The kitchen stove top was dirty underneath the burner. The surface was clean as to cover up the crumbs, etc. The towel rack would fall if you pull your total off of it. The shower drain had no cover so the debri would float into the tub when you shower. The kitchenette floor was sticky. The chairs and the carpet were stained.
Good stay for the money First hotel I've stayed in that will provide ice trays over ice machines. But overall visit and stay was nice. Entrance was difficult to find after dark with nearby construction going on. Room accessories like coffee or hair dryer are available at the front desk upon request.
Mardi Gras last minute Was able to get a room last minute during Mardi Gras and was glad I did. Staff was so cool and even gave me a discount. For the price it's worth it , seeing that we really did No sleeping.
New Orleans stay the first room they gave had bugs and not very clean. So they changed it. The new room was quite good.
Valentines Great rooms great neighborhood very comfortable didn't see the staff much but overall a good stay and it was VERY CLEAN
