Hotel like being home Room was clean - Staff friendly - location is great for walking & is near everything - hotel is like being at home, with everything you need for extended stay
Convenient to interstate The hotel needs updating. The staff were friendly enough, there was no hair dryer in the room and the clerk brought one to the room quickly.
Last Resort Mattress was hard as a rock and the toilet would not flush properly
Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Although a review claimed staff was rude, I did not find that to be the case. Front desk was friendly, accommodating and eager to help. The room was clean but needed some dusting under the bathroom sink. Close to airport but could not hear them once inside. Also very close and convenient to just about everything. If I'm ever in New Orleans again, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
