Love the location I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay. Great location. Close to city and tourist venues. The front desk was always helpful.

The front desk attendants were great especially Mandy. The hotel was very close to shopping and food places. It was right off the interstate. I was able to get to downtown New Orleans in less than 10 minutes. The only thing that could improve this hotel would be a swimming pool.
Great location It was a perfect place to stay for Jazzfest! Can't beat the diner around the corner too. Just one thing: The fridge was old and didn't keep the items cold. But the bed was great! I will stay here again.

A very nice hotel. I was impressed with the check in receptionist, Donna who was cheery and efficient. The hotel overall was quite clean, the elevators worked quickly and staff were friendly and polite. It was located next to an IHOP and there was a short distance to a highway that provided easy access to other main roads. Many restaurants, major retail stores and a couple of malls were located across the expressway in front of the hotel. Downtown New Orleans was less than 10 miles away.
Great Jazz Fest trip! This hotel was exactly what we needed--a clean, safe, affordable hotel that was in a convenient location. My boyfriend and I were staying here for Jazz Fest and we had a great trip. The hotel is conveniently located right off of 10, making it very easy for us to direct our cab drivers or drive somewhere ourselves. The hotel is about a 10-minute cab ride to the fairgrounds/race tracks, but be aware that for special events all the cabs charge an extra $5 per person.
