Very nice staff!!! They are down to earth and very caring.
Great staff The staff was very friendly. The only thing I wish the room had was more pillows on the bed. The TV control wasn't working.
Very Friendly Office Staff! I enjoyed my stay when I first checked in I was provided with world class customer service, and all my needs were taken care of. I would stay here again loved the service, and the rooms are cozy!

Great location This was about 13 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and the staff very pleasant.

decent hotel good staff note this hotel is not close to french quarter! its $20 or over for a cab fare one way. on the plus side there is an IHOP across the road which is good
Okay - not bad, not great I stayed for just one night in May of 2016. Everything was okay. Staff were friendly. While I wouldn't say that it is run down, it does show a few signs of wear that will need sprucing up before many years. The bathtub and toilet both could have used a bit more attention, though they weren't terrible, just not as clean as I usually expect.
