Nice hotel close to downtown I stayed at this hotel over the past weekend when I was in the city for a basketball game. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious and very clean, and the area the hotel is located in is very nice and quiet compared to downtown. Overrall this hotel was GREAT!

SpringBreak AC didnt cool well, but it was a quiet room, plenty of room to prepare food & eat in.

It's okay. With the possible exception of the kitchenette, and maybe the elevator, this place is rather basic. The room size is what one might expect in a place at this price point. The bed in our room (201) was uncomfortable (hard/lumpy); I did not sleep well. Our bathroom did not come with wash rags, which we asked for, and received with a smile. Front desk attendants were very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating and hospitable throughout the week while we were there. Didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep, but it was very comfortable and clean. Every appliance in the kitchen worked properly and was very clean, didn't have any problems with it. Overall, I had a good experience.
