within walking and bus route distance We got there on a rainy day and the city was flooded which affected bus routes. We ended up having to catch Uber's to manhattan instead. We enjoyed that there are places to enjoy within walking distance. You need to be physically capable of WALKING if you want to stay here. It's convenient for the airport location and staff was very helpful!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was so clean and beautiful and the staff gave very good customer service. I would defintely stay here again.

Convenient but uncomfortable Neither my husband or I was able to sleep. The plastic on the mattress was noisy and made us sweat. Truly uncomfortable.
Look around if only staying a night Price is about the same as other hotels bed was like sleeping on the floor hard as a rock. Pillows junk. But dose have a full size fridge and a cook top.
The only bad thing is that the house clean forgot to clean our room.
Hotel experience Room was dirty. Front desk service was good. Needs to improve room cleanliness. Most of the personnel wanted to please the guest but some didn't even try to show some emotion.
Despite initial check in surprises it wound up being a decent stay there are no ice machines so make sure to fill ice trays upon arrival. Bring your own beverages juices and sodas are 2.00 a pop ask for dishes and utensils early as there may be none available later. They could use some new can openers they are a bit worn out and hard to use. The staff is super friendly despite being a quite busy hotel... maybe it was just the times i needed help...lol.... nevertheless they were diligent and extremely patient with the custome... read more
