Had kitchen, but no dishes, pans, or cutlery. No ice bucket Only granola bars and instant oatmeal for breakfast.

Exactly what I needed! Only about three miles from a Target store that I walked to three times. Further from my venue location in the Bowery than I realized. But I was able to get there with ease, using the hotel's shuttle service and Lyft. Nice area for walking. Nice to have the little kitchen; was nicer than I expected.

Good, but No water, or any kind of food available Rooms good. No water, beverage or any kind of food available. WiFi had poor performance.

Disappointing Breakfast but great customer service Breakfast was extremely disappointing. You were offered granola bar, cupcake or oatmeal and coffee. No fresh milk. The price was $172 a night, so it's not like it was cheap. However, front desk staff extremely helpful and even allowed me to leave my luggage at front desk for a couple of hours whilst I went into Manhattan in between flights. Room comfortable and clean

When we got to the hotel they said is was overbook and they have to relocate in other hotel but I ask for a manager and them they got a room for us. I was very upset ,cause we paid in advance and the day before I called to the hotel to confirm my room.
