Hotel experience Room was dirty. Front desk service was good. Needs to improve room cleanliness. Most of the personnel wanted to please the guest but some didn't even try to show some emotion.
Despite initial check in surprises it wound up being a decent stay there are no ice machines so make sure to fill ice trays upon arrival. Bring your own beverages juices and sodas are 2.00 a pop ask for dishes and utensils early as there may be none available later. They could use some new can openers they are a bit worn out and hard to use. The staff is super friendly despite being a quite busy hotel... maybe it was just the times i needed help...lol.... nevertheless they were diligent and extremely patient with the custome... read more

Storm Shelter Booked room last minute due to expected blizzard. Price was reasonable and comfort was nice. Quiet hotel. Close to shopping and food.
Would stay again Was in the NYC area to catch a sporting event and stayed one night. Hotel is in a quiet location but close to the airports, especially LaGuardia. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. My room had two full size beds and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. There is no additional charge to park on the premises or for the WiFi. My stay overall was very good! The only two things that they could improve on is their shower and their offerings at breakfast. The shower did the job but was uninspiring. Th... read more

Convienent It served the purpose.
Convenient location Overnighting for a connecting flight, in Walking distance from shopping plaza and food options, 10 mins from laguardia airport.....shuttle service available every 30 mins, drivers were very helpful....would stay again
