nice place but needs improvement The overall experience was just ok. The front desk Latina woman was not approachable, got the work done but I did not feel welcomed. Also, during the nights stay it felt like I got bit. Unfortunately to find a bed bug.

Loved the spacious room, and the kitchenette. We didn't use it because it was only an overnight stay. But definitely it's a place to book for future travels in that area with a longer stay.

I’ve never stayed in an Extended Stay property. The property is definitely travel worn. The rooms are spacious and bed linens were clean. Our room was clean enough. Justin at the front desk was soooo pleasant and helpful! When we requested to see one of the rooms he obliged. No attitude or anything even offered to keep the rooms if we wanted to search for other accommodations. Thank you sir, we really appreciated that.

They had an issue of short staff of cleaning personnel. I booked two rooms and they only had one room ready when I checked in. They said the other room will be ready later that evening. But when I walked in that room later at 11pm it was not cleaned. The front desk gave me another room so it was luckily resolved. The room itself was spacious, but the furniture was old and damaged.
