The front desk staff was pleasant and it saved me from leaving. The room is very old and has a strange smell. Thank god it’s only for one night

I’ve stayed with Extended Stay a few times but this wasn’t my favorite. The building was dingy, the halls were dirty, bags of garbage outside of probably a dozen rooms on my floor, noisy, poor lighting, room was mediocre, had the kitchen amenities but didn’t seem top notch, busted shower rod, poor sloppy paint job. Also had a housekeeper unlock my door and try walking in without knocking while I was getting dressed, only 10 minutes after I checked in, luckily I had the door deadbolted.
