Nice friendly staff rooms are nice automatic doors don’t work over nice day see you next time

was upset when i got there gave me my price and when i got there charged me another $50 dollars for my dog said pet friendly didn't say there was an extra charge i was there because loss of power and all are food went bad couldn't really afford the extra expense but had no choice was cold and tired they should tell you there is an extra charge for pet

How tall was clean parking lot was not cleared of snow three to work around sidewalk

Never again The main entrance is fine along with the outside of the building. However as you get closer to the rooms the hallway smell of an undistinguish smell. I enter the room and the bathroom has a terrible smell. The bathtub was turning black and the heat didn't work in the room. Staff super nice the hotel was sold out so I couldn't change rooms so I was brought a portable heater, but it didn't help really it was the thought that made it count. Very good staff, Facilities a bit tired The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the public transportation for a trip into the city. They recommended a train station a bit farther from the hotel than we first chose, but the trains ran more frequently, so it fit our schedule better. The facilities were certainly adequate, but did show some signs of neglected maintenance.

Nice Hotel Needed a place to rest my head and this hotel did the job. Bed was a little small but I highly recommend.

Awesome My stay was lovely my date was all mixed up and the lovely young lady accommodate me no matter what it was really nice check out was lovely speedy they even kept my suitcase for me it was very safe they call me a cab service when I needed one it will vary accommodating in every way and friendly

Ok place to stay at for sleeping if you aren't planning to spend a lot of time in the room. Have to request kitchen stuff (i.e. pans, plates, silverware) as it is not available in the room when you check-in.

hidden treasure hard to find- only 1 hotel for that huge facility. Location makes it more enjoyable. Restaurants and fast foods all around.
