The staff was very courteous and the rooms are nice. Some of the furniture could have been wiped down better.

We usually have an excellent check in as well as a stay.... We had a double booking leading into this weekend. We were told very NICELY by Ashley( whom we love and she is very efficient as well as extremely courteous!) that we would need to come down before 11 am to re check in. However this morning around (10:03 AM) we were getting dressed to go downstairs to re check in and we heard a knock at the door once and then once again and then the door was opened....very rude and indecent!
