We frequently stay here. 9 times out of ten we have a great stay.... One time we were given a non smoking room when we requested smoking HOWEVER it was done,without our knowledge....

The hotel was adequate for a one night stay, but there were some disappointing aspects of my stay. The housekeeping staff must not use cleaner on the bathroom mirror, as the steam from my shower revealed a "less than complimentary" message from a previous visitor; also, the sink was cracked and one of the lamps in the bedroom didn't work. The staff was very pleasant, though.

The interior of building is clean. I have a lovely room And the sun Grace's my room every day. I was given cooking utensils to use which is fabulous. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Some of the rooms are fused with smoke so thick that it seeps into the hallway. People as well as there Serve Dog are forced to breathe in carcinogenic smoke. This a huge downside to this place.
