I didn’t like that there wasn’t any Kleenex , only one tiny bar of soap for two people. There were only two very flat pillows.

It was very clean and quiet close to restaurant the staff were friendly i would come back.

Not great for short stay Hotel did not have the little things I’ve grown used to. Coffee maker, shampoo etc. Floor in room wasn’t clean and rug in hallway was very much in need of a vacuuming. There was a full Kitchenette but you needed to buy pots and dishes. You could also buy a coffeemaker.

Some of the staff can use a course in stress management and customer service skills.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was just fantastic. A thing that some people are going to find odd is their maid service only serves as your room before you get there and then again after you've been there for 2 weeks, this being an Extended stay place I'm not surprised at this. But it is something to keep in mind when booking.

Poor Check in They hotel was nice and clean as were the rooms but we waited over an hour and a half to check in the waiting room was packed with unhappy people and there was only one guy at the desk that didnt seem like he knew what he was doing because he checked my friends and I into the same room so we had to go back down to lobby and wait longer to get it fixed.
