Excellent service Checked in at almost midnight then proceeded to lock ourselves out of the room so we had to bug the poor guy at the front desk after he'd already been so accommodating but he gladly helped us and was super quick as well. Didn't catch his name but thank you, keep up the great customer service, we will be back for sure

Place is new but the restriction of not being able to check in early is disappointing. The lack of amenities is sad. No coffee maker, no shampoo, no body wash.

No shampoo or coffee or tea in the room The check in clerk was not trained. The PC locked up and this person panicked.

Awesome suites Beautiful decor, clean, full size fridge and stove available in the one queen bedroom. Only thing that was weird is that you had to pay to use utencils, pan, and plates for the kitchen. We bought food to cook in the morning and couldnt cook because we didnt have any cooking supplies. Werent about to pay $50 for cooking supplies. Other than that, we would stay there again, close to restaurants, bars and breweries.

Brand new hotel, but it's a long term facility. No amenities. No Pool, No shampoo, no conditioner. While there is a stove and microwave, no utencils or plates. Strange that lights turn on (after you've turned them off) about 3-4 times in the middle of the night. Then in the morning the light just turned off after we had turned them on. The person in the next room experienced lights turning on too.

No frills for a big nightly rate It's a brand new hotel and is very clean and new looking. It's an extended-stay hotel with no frills. The room was functional, but the beds were super hard and we couldnt get more than 1 extra pillow and no extra blankets. There's no personal care items, hair dryer, or ironing board. No pool and no outside area to sit. There is a fitness center though. No in room coffee and only a coffee machine in the lobby that is only available during certain hours.
