Didn’t like much about facility. Waited an hour to get checked in. Once I got my key went to my room and it wasn’t even clean. Lobby was a mess. Fire alarm went off at 4am. Very short staffed. Not worth the money. No shampoo or conditioner. No soap.

tried to check in a hour early the guy in front said no rooms available without even looking through the system to see if anything was available so came back at 3 to check in and didn’t get up to the room until 4:15 clean hotel but customer service was horrible

Lobby super small. Took over an hour to check in. Crammed with people and room wasn't ready and still needed to be cleaned at 5 pm.

条件一般不好，前台始终只有一个服务员，没有表情，没有沟通，话很少，没有专门的保洁员，前台一个人全负责，所以前台经常没有人，入住时房间卫生不好，有前面客人遗留的东西，平时房间没有人整理，隔音不好。入住时收费比预定价格高出很多，无解释，完全不值这个价格。

Needs Improvement No front desk, I had to call 4X before someone showed up. Room had NO shampoo/conditioner/lotion/ice bucket nor coffee machine. Was told you have to request for amenities upon CHECK-OUT. The room had 1 small soap. 2 plastic glasses, toilet paper & 2 sets of towels. Did not have ironing board nor hair dryer. ot good for overnightsrs like me.

Though it appeared professional, I had to ask for my shampoo and soap. It wasn't in the room. No Ice machines you have to make your own ice and wait few hours. Would not extend a checkout time to 12:00 noon without a 45 charge, even though the early morn employee said it was Ok till 12:00 without charge. The manager calls the room at 11:05 to see why I have not checked out yet. Right hand does not know what the left hand did. He told me a charge would apply then he allowed a waiver (so Kind). When dealing with an extended stay property you have to deal with some shady people staying there. My wife didn’t feel safe traveling through the lobby and parking lot. No security on site.
